When you start looking into how to do it, there’s an overwhelming amount of accessibility guidance out there.
Guidelines
Most guidelines that exist are based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), as they are the main, comprehensive, global set of guidelines named in legislation. But they are rather long and complex, so many organisations create their own, based on WCAG.
Our guidelines exist for the main roles involved in digital accessibility within Skyscanner, which we link to below. Some of these guidelines live on our Design System site called Backpack, which we link out to. Other guidelines are on pages built into this site.
